All browsers are compatible with all functions on this website, including the Chatbot for FAQs, except for Voice Search in the product search.

Voice Search in Product Search

Chrome, Edge, and Samsung browsers fully support the Voice Search function.

Safari does not support this function.

Firefox users need to enable certain flags in the 'about:config' settings in order to be able to use this function.

Steps to Enable Flags

1. Open about:config:

• Type 'about:config' in the address bar and press Enter.
• Accept the warning that appears, acknowledging that you will be careful.

2. Enable Speech Recognition:

• In the search bar, type 'media.webspeech.recognition.enable'.
• If the preference is set to 'false', double-click it to change it to 'true'.

After enabling this flag, restart Firefox to ensure the changes take effect. This should enable speech recognition for web applications using Voice Search function.
